Cheap is good, free is too! A battle map with specifically a seaweed texture is probably not going to happen, but I could work with a swampy/mossy battle map. It can be hard to find just the right map sometimes! I'm getting ready to run the Strangling Sea for 13th Age, which takes place in a fantasy version of the Sargasso Sea: thick seaweed mat you can walk on festooned with shipwrecks here and there.
